    ON-CAMERA TRAINING

  • Advanced Commercial with Jess Lyons, CSA of O'Connor Casting Company

    In this one-day intensive, Jess Lyons, CSA of O'Connor Casting will help experienced actors level up their commercial auditioning skills. Students who have graduated from The ACADEMY or taken the first level Commercial Intensive will be automatically approved. Other experienced actors may submit materials for approval. $195

This Q&A will be held on Zoom and will be moderated by Black Box Creative Director, Amanda Fink. $35

  • The Building Blocks of Voiceover with Paloma Nozicka

    Own your voice [on the mic]! In this two-day workshop, Paloma Nozicka will guide you through the fundamentals of commercial voiceover. While no specific gear is required, you will work on mic every class, breakdown scripts and specs, and gain insight into the logistics, jargon, and who's-who of a voiceover session. This class is geared towards students with no prior professional VO experience looking to get started. $225

  • The V.O. Level Up: Intermediate Voiceover with Paloma Nozicka

    Take your skills on the mic to the next level. In this two-day advanced workshop, Paloma will dive deeper into the voiceover techniques needed to book regularly as a VO artist. Students must have a microphone and digital audio workstation (DAW). This intermediate section is geared towards students who have experience auditioning but are having difficulty booking. $225
