About Eric

• Eric (he/him) started as a STUDIO student in early 2013 and fell head over heals for Black Box Acting and Black Box's core values. Shortly after, he became a member of The ACADEMY (2013-14 ensemble), a humbling and revelatory experience. In 2016, he was invited to join the Black Box Teacher Training program. In 2018 along with Amanda Fink and Andrew Cutler he became a co-owner and is now the Artistic Director. In 2020 he began training to become a meditation teacher. He has worked around Chicago with Goodman Theatre, Teatro Vista, Timeline Theatre, Writers Theatre, and Steppenwolf. He could not be more humbled and grateful to be a part of the team at Black Box.
