Description
Total package tuition is $395. To begin to schedule your coaching sessions, you must place a $100 deposit. To pay the deposit today, select the “Pay with Payment Plan” option above. You will be invoiced via email for half of your remaining balance ($147.50) 10 days after placing your deposit; you will be invoiced for the remaining $147.50 another 10 days after that.
By placing your deposit, you agree to pay your remaining $295 tuition prior to the completion of your prep package.

Upon submitting your deposit, a member of our admissions team will reach out to schedule a brief phone interview to discuss goals and help us match you with the right coach.
DEPOSIT POLICY
The $100 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
TUITION POLICY
The remainder of your tuition is due in accordance with the payment plan you select. This plan will be agreed upon between you and a member of our admissions staff prior to the beginning of the class session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If withdrawing from your prep package more than 7 days prior to your first scheduled session, the amount of the tuition paid, less the deposit, will be credited back to the original payment method. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If withdrawing with 7 days or less to your first scheduled session, the amount of the tuition, less the deposit, will be available as Black Box credit for one year. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If withdrawing on or after start date, total tuition and deposit are forfeited.
COVID-19 POLICY
If Black Box chooses to delay or cancel a class due to COVID-19 concerns, and you are not able to attend the rescheduled class, we will either issue a full refund or hold your tuition as a Black Box class credit for one year, per your request.
If you have to miss class for any reasons–including complying with our COVID-19 safety protocols–you are still liable for the full balance of tuition due.
All students must comply with all Black Box COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocols. You may access the Black Box Health & Safety Protocols by following the link here. Failure will be grounds for dismissal. If you are dismissed from class, you are liable for your tuition in full.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY (IF APPLICABLE)
In the event that class is canceled due to an Act of God (including but not limited to extreme weather), make-up classes will be scheduled beginning the week following the listed end of the session on the same day(s) of the week. If a student is unable to attend the make-up class, Black Box staff will make all best efforts to ensure the student is prepared to continue their training as their instructor deems appropriate, but tuition will not be refunded provided ten sessions of the class are held.
