Before enrolling, please be sure to read carefully through the policies below:
At the time of enrollment, you’ll need to place a $100 deposit for class. Total class tuition is $450. By placing your deposit, you agree to pay your remaining $350 tuition prior to the completion of your class, in accordance with the payment plan agreed upon between you and the Admissions Department.
ENTRANCE INTERVIEW [For New Students]
Upon submitting your deposit, a member of our admissions team will reach out to schedule a brief phone interview and schedule your remaining payments. During your interview, we’ll discuss what to expect from this training program and make sure that Black Box is the right fit for you. Your interview must be completed prior to the first day of class.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
You may not miss more than 2 classes per session and still move on to the next level. If you are unavailable for 3 or more class dates, do not enroll at this time.
STUDIO DEPOSIT POLICY
The $100 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
STUDIO TUITION POLICY
The remainder of your tuition is due in accordance with the payment plan you select. This plan will be agreed upon between you and a member of our admissions staff prior to the beginning of the class session.
STUDIO CANCELLATION POLICY
If withdrawing from class more than 7 days prior to start date, the amount of the tuition paid, less the deposit, will be credited back to the original payment method. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If withdrawing from class with 7 days or less to start date, the amount of the tuition, less the deposit, will be available as Black Box credit for one year. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If withdrawing on or after start date, total tuition and deposit are forfeited.
